MI v Adams-Rogers - Victim: Isaac Lethbridge

The Trial

The case was handed to the jury this afternoon. During closing arguments the defense tried to portray Charlsie as a devoted foster mother and a good person. The prosecution countered with it is up to a higher authority to determine if Charlsie is a good or bad person - the decision in front of the jury is to determine whether Charlsie failed to protect Isaac from being abused and murdered while under her care.

At this point, no one has been charged with Isaac’s murder. Charlsie Adams-Rogers claims her then 12-year-old adopted daughter is the one responsible for Isaac’s injuries.
